Terms & Conditions


Here at The Wildflower Cakery we want your experience with us to run as smoothly as possible so please take some time to read our information below. 

On receipt of your deposit we deem that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. 

Deposits & Payment

Wedding Cakes - A $50 non refundable and non transferrable deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your chosen date. 

The final balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

All other orders - 

The total balance is due 7 days prior to collection. In the instance that your order includes a custom topper a deposit may be required.

Pick up & Delivery

Pick up - Your order will be able to be collected from our home in Terrace End, Palmerston North at the pre arranged time agreed on with your booking. Please ensure you are on time to pick up your cake.

Delivery - We may be able to deliver your order for you. Please contact us to discuss. Extra charges will apply.


Allergies & Dietary Requirements - Some of our cakes can be made to meet various allergies or dietary requirements. Please contact us to discuss options. 
Although great care is taken please be aware that all of our products are produced in a kitchen that handles most major allergens. Therefore we are unable to guarantee that our cakes are completely free from these ingredients due to the risk of cross contamination.

Refunds / Cancellation - The original deposit are non refundable and non transferrable under any circumstances. In the event of a cancellation the deposit will be forfeited and retained by us.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders where circumstances are beyond our control such as a natural disaster, pandemic etc.
If for whatever reason you cancel your order after the final balance has been paid no refund will be given.
